The MindMarket Collective is an independent creative and strategic network focused on the business, marketing, and media challenges shaping the emerging psychedelic ecosystem. We explore how human potential, design, storytelling, and AI influence markets, public perception, and ethical growth. TMC convenes marketers, strategists, founders, and creative leaders to collaborate, share insight, and help define a responsible voice for the consciousness renaissance.

We meet by video on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, 6-7 p.m. MOUNTAIN.

Our Principles

The MindMarket Collective (TMC) is an ethics-first, community-minded forum and network, headquartered in Colorado—a state that has decriminalized certain natural medicines and is actively establishing a regulated framework for licensed natural medicine services under the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act (Prop 122). We support transparency, harm reduction, cultural respect, lawful conduct, and responsible entrepreneurship as members navigate emerging legal, policy, and platform dynamics in the ecosystem. This space is for good-faith collaboration and advocacy—not for the sourcing, selling, or facilitation of controlled substances. TMC does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Members are responsible for their own actions and compliance with applicable laws. Participation signifies a shared commitment to integrity, accountability, transparency, and protecting the long-term legitimacy of ethical consciousness enterprise.

Founded in 2025 by members and friends of the Psychedelic Club of Denver, The MindMarket Collective encourages everyone to consider a membership in the Psychedelic Club of Denver, as you are able, in support of greater education, safety and community.

This emphasis is driven by the need for safety, efficacy, and the development of standardized therapeutic applications.
